No. Add property tax, homeowners insurance, association fees and mortgage insurance to estimate the full monthly cost.
Why can my lender's figure differ?
Lenders may include fees, escrow, insurance or a different compounding convention. Use their formal disclosure for the final amount.
Can I use a zero interest rate?
The input accepts rates above zero. For an interest-free private loan, divide the amount borrowed by the number of monthly payments.
