These terms form an agreement between you and Home Attractive regarding your use of homeattractive.com. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the site.

Our calculation tools produce planning estimates from the figures you enter. They do not account for hidden site conditions, local building codes, structural engineering variations, or trade contractor minimums. Always verify exact quantities and specifications with a qualified licensed contractor or materials supplier before placing orders or commencing work.
3. Intellectual property
All editorial content, calculation formulas, branding and design elements on this site are owned by Home Attractive or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws. Quoting short extracts with clear attribution and a link is welcomed.
4. Consulting engagements
Consulting engagements are advisory only and are governed by a separate written agreement. We are not acting as your architect, structural engineer, municipal surveyor or contractor of record, and we do not supervise physical construction work.
